The smoke odor in the hallways and stairwells is overpowering, making it uncomfortable!!! It's disappointing that the furniture is chipped and some lamps are broken. A maintenance overhaul is well overdue!!!

Unexpected comfort on a road trip

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and larger than expected rooms. The staff was also incredibly friendly, making our stay feel welcoming and relaxed.

Unfortunately, the train noise was a persistent issue throughout the night, which disrupted our sleep. It was hard to find peace with the whistles echoing every few hours.

The location was excellent, with restaurants nearby and quick access to the casino. Our room was spacious and comfortable, making it a great retreat after a long day.

Just a top selection for a quick stopover in Osceola with decent value for money. The shower had good water pressure, making it refreshing after a long drive. Bring your own snacks as the breakfast options are limited.

The King Room Non-Smoking was fresh and clean with comfy beds. Loved the stylish decor! Shower pressure was on point too. But wow, the smoke smell in the hallways was pretty bad. The noise from the ice machine across the hall and the trains outside was tough to ignore at night. Made getting a good night's sleep kinda hard.

I checked in late, just before midnight, and saw a sign stating the front desk closes at 12:00. It made me anxious about getting access to my prepaid room if I was just a little later. Walking through the hallway, the stale smoke smell hit me right away. Though my room was clean, the odor lingered and was uncomfortable. I had to keep my shirt over my nose to sleep well. The air conditioner worked well but made a loud noise throughout the night. I wasn't worried about the train noise since I'm not a light sleeper, but it still woke me up multiple times. The shower had good water pressure, and the bathroom amenities were decent. I skipped breakfast since the odor made me queasy. I appreciated the friendly service from the reception staff, which eased my initial concerns. The furniture in the room looked stylish, and the bed felt comfortable despite the lumpy pillows. The overall aesthetics of the room were nice, but the smell really detracted from the experience. I'd think twice before staying here again if the air quality doesn't improve.

The king bed was absurdly comfortable! 😍 The room was clean and had nice amenities. Just wish the breakfast had a few more options than just basics.

The king room non-smoking was really nice. It had a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with free toiletries, and an alarm clock. The air conditioning was not too loud. Breakfast had way more options than just coffee and donuts, which was a pleasant surprise. The carpeted floors felt cozy too.
